Yay for the SF GTGs! No offense to my part of the state, but SF does the best GTGs!

Unfortunately, we will have to cancel to attend the wedding of friends Friday night in Oakland. Fear of Prop 8 passing has gotten some folks 'rushing' to the altar. Sorry to miss! Carry on, Maven

Maven, I am sorry you two will not be able to join us as I was so looking forward to meeting you. But going to your friends wedding is certainly more important. Good wishes and a long lovely live together is wished for your friends.
Hopefully you will be able to attend the next SF GTG which no doubt will take place in 2009.

Paula we went to E Tutto Qua on our own after reading about it in the March GTG thread. I haven’t had the pleasure of meeting any of you and I dunno who CiaoLeone is, so please don’t get us mixed up Faina. You all be nice now and don’t put her on the skewers. LOL. Hello all!

Now that Toedtoes and I know our schedule here is what we have planned.

She will pick me up by 10:30am so we should be in SF by noon. We will park in the garage we like at North Beach.

We are going to have lunch at the Mona Lisa and plan to be there at noon or just a few minutes afterwards.

We sure invite any of you that would like to join us for lunch as you would be most welcome.

After lunch we will take a taxi (which the restaurant will get for us) to Fisherman's Wharf to take the Bay Cruise at 2:30pm. We can get more than one taxi if necessary.

Please let me know by Wednesday if you would like to join us at the Mona Lisa for lunch as I will take care of the reservation.

After the Bay Cruise we will just go with the flow so to speak until it is time for the GTG.

I am so happy that Toedtoes got the day off from work! What a fun day it will be.

And Paula, again I thank you from the bottom of my heart regarding your kind offer to drive me home on Saturday. But now you can enjoy SF or Muir Woods which makes me happy. But again dear friend, a sincere thank you.

So if not at the Mona Lisa for lunch Toedtoes and I will see some of you for the Bay Cruise and the rest of you at the GTG!
