Footy is a common term for soccer in GB. Ducats from the urban dictionary... 3. ducat Ancient word for a gold coin, originating from Venice,1284 AD. Still used in some languages..(Serbian, Croatian...) Also, an admission ticket. :) thereyet |

Basically, if they aren't signed on by a major US record label, you can bet they're quality Canadian. Obvious Answer: Look up maplemusic.com and you'll find a lot of good ones. Try Starling, Blackie and the Rodeo Kings, Stephen Fearing, Tom Wilson, Gordie Sampson, Joel Kroeker, Lynn Miles for a start. Those are some of my favorites (on maplemusic). |

Thank you for the heads up on 'football' tickets! And yes, I really do know what I will be missing next Friday night in San Francisco! There are so many of you I have wanted to meet for a long time. Maybe we can put together a GTG next fall when I do my driving tour of the US? But can you blame a person for not turning down four FREE nights in London? That added with the fact that I will be seeing my favorite 'US Football' team play in London!! I know that all of you will have a great time next Friday. So toast Diablo and I will toast all of you while I am London. Tom |

cat, there's not a pre-GTG lunch that I know of, but Patrick, Lee, Paula and maybe LoveItaly will be taking a boat ride around the harbor at 2:30. We're meeting at Fisherman's Wharf if you would like to join us.
