I walked by Henry's Hunan yesterday. Betty at reception said there is plenty of street parking in the evening as it is a business district and everyone leaves after work. There were plenty of garages but don't know if they were monthly only.

Need you to be a little more specific...what kind of food do you like? Want casual? or really fancy ? For casual-there is a little "hole in the wall" Cuban restaurant called Laurel about six blocks from the symphony hall and it is great fun...need reservations since it is so small....if you go...try the vaca frita(fried cow)..they do a good job.

swisshiker-Yes do come up for the day/night. That's what I am doing and so is Cat. So we can have a mini South Bay GTG in the midst of the bigger SF GTG!!

Yeah P_M is coming to California. Don't you live in San Antonio? I went to college there at Trinity--many, many years ago. But was in SA in Feb of this year for a convention. Got to see some of my old stomping grounds. I usually get back about every 5 years or so as I have some college friends there.
