much of it is - but there are several blocks west of Sanchez where we have no trouble parking the car for the day.

If she is staying in Pacific Heights and there are permit only parking stickers, I think you can contact the police department to get a visitor sticker for a day or too. At least you could many years ago where there was permit parking.

You can still get temporary permits for visitors Shar--$15 for per day last time I got some. The resident of the area has to apply get one from SFMTA either in person or on line.
