san francisco

Will be traveling northern California in May. Want to spend a weekend in SF> I am wondering if there are any hotels which offer free parking or are convenient to public transportation once parked. I understand parking is a nightmare in SF Thanks

Parking really isn't a nightmare - it is easy. But it IS very expensive.

'Hotels' generally don't offer free parking (unless wrapped into some sort of package) but most motels do. Including the two linked above. What is your budget?

I have never stayed at the Cow Hollow Motor Inn, but some friends stayed there in December and were happy with it. There is a restaurant near it on Steiner called Izzy's~great meals, not horribly expensive, and the creamed spinach is incredible!
