Does anyone know a good place to park? We are staying at Westin St. Francis ?

The Westin St. Francis has limited valet parking available at the hotel, but at $39/day, it is quite pricey. If you do a text search above on "parking in San Francisco," you will find some recent discussions on this topic.

Sutter Stockton Garage. Across Union Square from the Westin.

The Sutter Street garage is the best priced parking in downtown San Francisco (which isn't saying much I know!). Only about 2-3 blocks from the St. Francis

Just a thought -- For the cost of the rental car and parking, you can take a lot of taxi/cable car/muni rides in one day.

While I'm in SF, I'm going to just rent a car for the day that I will be driving out of the city up to Sonoma. There are plenty of rental car places downtown. ((b))
