San Fran dinearoundtown visa deal help
I read in the pink section about a 19.95 lunch and 29.95 deal for three-course meal at all the snappy restaurants in town. Now I can't find the article with the list. There was a web site to access and I can't get it on line. Help. My husband & I would like to go to lunch or dinner today.
Also, has any one tried it? How was the three course meal? What restaurants would you recommend.
THANKS!!!

sarah,
Dine Around Town is the program you are referring to.
Try the San Francisco board of chowhound.com--
http://www.chowhound.com/california/boards/sanfrancisco/sanfrancisco.html
As you scroll down, you'll find posts titled DAT with the name of a restaurant. Most are reviews, questions, and follow-ups of the poster's Dine Around Town experience at that establishment.

Sarah, on the chowhound message board there are reviews of folks' Dine About Town experiences. They will tell you what types of food are offered for the courses and what was good. Look for "DAT" in the message title in the SF Bay Area message board.
I'm dining at Ana Mandara for lunch today with the DAT deal. I'll post back about it later. A few others I plan on trying are Charles Nob Hill and Le Colonial.
Also, you can make reservations for many of the restaurants offering the DAT deal at opentable.com.
