San Diego Suite Hotel
 

We are going to San Diego in August for 3 nights with my 16 year old daughter and her friend. Do you know any good suite hotel in a nice area?

Last August we also wanted a suite hotel (family with 2 teenagers). While our first choice was to stay on a beach, we found cost was higher than we wanted to pay. We ended up on Shelter Island at Best Western - not a perfect location as there is no beach and not much within walking distance, but beautiful views of marina and a shorter and easier trip to sites than, say, La Jolla.

Room was 2 room suite - although divider was long sliding door rather than wall and door. Full kitchen, deck (or patio), big bathroom. Pool area was very nice.

We are staying at Humphreys Half Mooon in on SHelter Island - We have a marina suite and it is huge.

Place is very nice also - on tghe water - outdoor heated pool and jacuzzi. COncerts in the summer time.
