Does anyone know of nice hotels that are reasonable ($100 or less per night)in the San Diego /La Jolla area?

I am also looking to stay in San Diego in February and need somewhere nice but faily inexpensive to stay ($100/night). I was looking into the Downtown Area, near the Gaslamp District. Thank you for any help!
