San Diego hotel with VCR or DVDs
 

Looking for a hotel in San Diego where my son can play his tapes and/or dvds. Most hotels seem to just have movies and games. If anyone knows of a hotel that provides this service, I would like to know of it. Thanks.

You can rent DVD players at Blockbuster for very little ($10?). Might be cheaper to find a good hotel, then rent if the DVD isn't included...

I think Humphrey's Half Moon Inn may have DVD players in room, it's a great place to stay. Also check out Woodfin Suites a bit north of San Diego, or www.doubletreeclubsd.com

I thought of the blockbuster rental but I am concerned that the hotel televisions don't allow you to plug in a unit because they want to rent you the movies and games. Thanks.

We often plug our video cameras into hotel tvs. Never had any problem with the connections, and they use the same ones as a dvd or Vhs would us.
