san antonio tx hotels?

Help me find a great hotel that is near Sea World that doesn't cost a fortune but is nice and moderately priced. Does anyone know what the Amerisuites looks like or the Staybridge ? Any other suggestions?

Most that I have ever seen looked fine. I think they would fit your bill.

All of the hotels in the Sea World area are new and clean. There are no "dumps" that I know of.

there is a new radisson hill country that is right by sea world. it opened within the past 6 months. i have been there and it is lovely. three pools, i think. the rates were less than the hyatt hill country that is nearby.

Hyatt Hill Country is a true resort, with a golf course, several pools, a lazy river for tubing, a full spa. It is a beautiful hotel, but high end. It's a destination in it's own right, so if you are planning on spending all your time at Sea World, probably not worth the extra it would be over other hotels nearby.
