We insist on Paint Shop work too, 'K?

One of the pieces on MSN's home page this morning is entitled "400 Must Try Experiences in America". It's fun to check out and see how many you've done in your city wherever you might be: http://local.msn.com/special/UltimateToDoList.asp

Our very cool Liberty Bar is #6 on the list. I've done 3 others, dh 4, as he got tickets to the Spurs playoff (not front row but I'm still counting it ) 4 out of 10 isn't too bad for 4 mos here. Hit 7 out of 10 for Tampa (after 8 years there).

Well how cool is that, OO!?! Nifty little lists could prove very helpful in travel planning. Number 2 on New York's top 10 stands out....

"2. New York City Marathon
Sunday, 11/6 at Five Boroughs
Run through all five boroughs in a single day, while the whole city cheers you on."

Run GoT, run....

Yikes, you guys are tough! You do realize we are still in San Antonio, right? We have a midday flight, but if I can I'll get some pix up before we leave for the airport.

OO, I always edit, but I'll take whatever's being offered LOL. "When in doubt, leave it out."

OK, here it is. Just couldn't do it before leaving SA or we wouldn't have made our flight.

Hope everyone is pleased!

Thanks, Marilyn. I didn't notice the Spanish translation on our sign. We were "Los Fodoritos de San Antonio."

COOL!!

Marilyn, great photos -- No crime zone?

Glad everyone had a great time, and Fodors came through with the great looking luggage tags. We were right across the river from NYC and got zilch.

Hey Budman, not only no crime zone, but no wine! There's nothing like Ms. Margarita on a sultry Texas evening.

Those luggage tags were a shock to me, I want to tell you! The SF gang has had at least 3 GTG's in the last 2 years, and we've gotten zip from the powers that be, despite the fact that I personally sent a direct email invitation to the editors. Maybe they want to cultivate the Texas market?

dcespedes, LOL. Phil Flash had it titled "Secret Admirer" but I had to find a way to use the word "lurker."

OWJ, if I just had an additional excuse to go to Atlanta, I'd love to meet up. We go to a national 3D stereo photo convention every year, which is a good opportunity to meet the local fodorites if possible. Next year it's in Miami (in July).

No, I think you should all turn up the Friday after Thanksgiving in Yountville. Or else we all descend upon Statia for a Beach Blanket Babylon.

OMG, Marilyn, I hope that lurker isn't the one that posts on Fodors pretending he lives in Ca! LOL

These photos were all taken by Phil Flash. I can't take the credit I'm afraid.

We came away with 2 luggage tags. I think everyone took a couple, leaving no left overs for me to scoop up. But I will certainly be trying to get some for our next Yountville outing, Faina!
