San Antonio fun nite

Have been to "Beach Blanket Babylon in San Francisco and top Teatro Zinzanni in Seattle, thanks to this message board. I am now going to San Antonio. Are there any unique dinner or entertainment events that might compare?

I don't know of any experiences on that level, but there is a fun piano bar on the Riverwalk called Howl at the Moon...they have dueling pianos and sing fun and raunchy songs. Make reservations if you want a table.

Maybe someone else can help in the theater department?

SA actually has a prety lively arts scene. The Riverwalk clubs are pretty tacky touristy but can be a hoot for one night if you are into that. Check out the Blue Star art space, or pick up a copy of the SA Current, our version of an artsy alternative weekly - online at www.sacurrent.com

Thank you for the advice and we will spend some time with the Riverwalk nightlife. We are also checking out the Majestic Theater for a broadway show. The theater looks beautiful.

We had a fun time at Howl at the Moon when in SA last year. I reccommend that for sure. It's farther down the Riverwalk. Another similar place (on the Riverwalk) is Dirty Nelly's - also a sing along piano bar, but much smaller.
