Salt Lake City--best restaurants
 

I will be in SLC in March and would like some recommendations for a great restaurant to host a dinner with an important customer. We will staying downtown at the Grand America hotel.

The possibilities are endless. I would call the concierge at your hotel and ask them. They usually are a wealth of knowledge.

We had a wonderful dinner in a very classy restaurant on the corner of Main street and South Temple.Paul

Bambara
The Roof (probably Paul's recommendation)
Market Street (seafood)

Our CEO always takes business guests to either Bambara (in the Hotel Monaco) or Flemming's (steakhouse at The Gateway). Both are excellent!
