Has anyone stayed here yet? If so, any feedback would be appreciated. Also, if haven't stayed here, but are familiar with the area, is this a good place to stay for a family with young kids?<BR>Thanks!

I haven't stayed there. But it looks nice and the area is very convenient. You are not in the center of South Beach nightclubs and bars, but not a far walk from them either.

Thanks for the quick reply! That was part of what I wanted to know about the location. I was concerned that being in the heart of South Beach wouldn't be a good place for kids.

Is this in Florida? Assume so because of the reference to south beach but don't know for sure.
