Rose Bowl Parade TV Cameras
 

We're trying to select seat locations (from Sharp Seating, of course!) and want to know where the TV cameras set up. We figure that is where we'll get the best views of floats and other entries slowing down. Suggestions welcomed!

Message: The cameras are posted right at the corner of Orange Grove and Colorado Blvd. The floats/bands come around the corner of Orange Grove at the very beginning of the parade and then head down Colorado Blvd for the balance of it. I've sat in those seats many of times and they are, by far, the best!

We have sat in the seats on Orange Grove right at the beginning of the parade and the view has been great. Also,while you're waiting for the parade to start (since you have to get there at the crack of dawn to park) you have the ability to take a stroll down to where the floats line up before it starts to get a real up close look.

And for those who can't afford $40-85 each for a grandstand seat, you can still enjoy the parade. You can park your car for $10, walk a block or two with your chair and cooler, and sit on the curb or sidewalk and see all the floats close up for the entire parade.
