Just had a dinner at Bicce (in the Crescent). Excellent food, great atmosphere including a duo with harpist and drummer making better music than you would ever imagine. Pleasant patio as well.

Can't wait to get back: we travel through DFW about 12-15 times a year, but I never stay overnight.

mikemo, you travel through, get to downtown and eat a meal and then get back on a plane to get somewhere? Is that what you mean?

A P.S. to an old post. We had a very poor experience with Old Warsaw. In short, the maitre de was very rude, service poor, and no one could give us decent information about the wine. Food wasn't too bad, but the overall experience was bad enough that we will not go back.
