Romantic getaway in Las Vegas...
 

<BR>My boyfriend and I are considering a romantic getaway for four nights to Las Vegas. I would like some recommendations on hotels that would have special suites or romantic themes. <BR>Tami

If price is no object I would pick The Bellagio. I have'nt stayed there but from what I have heard and read, its just beautiful- with no kids running around. I have staryed at Ceasars Palace for and anniversary and its very romantic. Ask for a room in the new palace tower. The Forum Shops and restaruants there are great. The pool area is gorgeous. Have a great time.

We stayed at the Luxor in a suite with a jacuzzi in the bedroom, large bathroom and a sitting/living room. It was great. The room was in the pyramid (not the towers) had the wonderful Egyptian theme and was very large. The windows are slanted in the bedroom and living room as they are the outside of the pyramid. The jacuzzi is right next to the windows which gave us a great view of Vegas and the mountains. No one can see in while you enjoy the jacuzzi! It was really romantic. Both rooms have a TV and phones. We ordered room service for breakfast and I was pleasantly surprised how fast it arrived and how hot (and good) the food was.

Tami: <BR>I go to LV several times a year and would suggest the following: <BR>if price is not a major limitation, consider Bellagio, Four Seasons, Venetian....order determined by price. The suites at Bellagio are really great...really nice. The one we stayed in last month had FOUR TV's, 3 bathrooms, etc....top notch everything and not a hint of the cheesiness of many LV places. <BR>As for practicality: try this first....call Hotel Reservations Network (1800hotel96, I think) and have them quote you prices. We've gotten some amazing rates from them at times...sometimes &lt;50% of rack rates. The Four Seasons gets little press but may be my favorite overall if you're looking for some peace and quiet when back in your ro
