Romantic B&B in Key West

Depending on the time of year, most inns won't accept one night stays unless it's particularly slow or you want a weekday night.

We stayed at the Marquesa Hotel in Key West a couple of years ago and it was wonderful--very romantic and special. The room that we had was beautiful. There are two swimming pools surrounded by orchids and other flowers. Highly recommended.

We stayed at the Marquesa (for one night) in September last year - I would also recommend it. We were impressed by Cafe Marquesa too.

Let me suggest the Gardens Hotel. It's in the center of Key West, about a block off of Duval Street. (A really great location, convenient to everything.) It's slightly larger than a traditional B&B, but it is certainly NO Sheraton Hotel. I think it has 12-18 rooms (??). It has a pool, and continental breakfast. It's a really pretty, and quiet, place.
