No - we do live on the upper west side - but not on or near 71st St. And my concern was not for the neighbors - who live in secure buildings - but for tourists picking this place for the very low rates but not knowing the risk that they are taking. (The whole staff being carried out to ambulances is not really a sign of a secure property.)
