By the way, The Hyatt Hotel Victor has a cool website. They're scheduled to open around now. I'll ask my sister to go check it out and give me an update.

Whoa, way over the top...! I dunno-- South Beach is sliding a bit downmarket lately, can it handle another super-high-end hotel? But then again, with the falling dollar, maybe the Eurotrash will slink its way back to the District....

I await your sister's report on the Victor. I will be skipping Florida in 2005, probably-- Hawai'i will be my Big Vacation Destination! Oh well, 2006 is not so far away....

The building is mostly condo so if occupancy is low they can always convert. Too much for me. Too expensive, too Fing Schway, too twee for words.

Something about the flat screen tv hovering over the bathing tub seems wrong.
