Riverwalk Hotel-San Antonio, TX
 

This is a repost of an earlier question. I forgot the city & state. I have booked a room at the Howard Johnsons Riverwalk Plaza Hotel, 100 Villita Street. I am trying to find out the quality of the hotel and if the location is safe and convenient. I want a river front room that we can afford and this fit the bill. Help Help

I live just outside of S.A. The riverwalk is safe, take normal precautions you would anywhere. I have never been in the specific hotel but you are very convenient to every thing. If you are going in the summer (which is from May through Sept) remember it will be very very hot!!!

Just read this morning at "Frommers.com" that SanAntonio is offering a coupon book with lots of savings! One being riverwalk hotels at $99.00 per night!! Call 800/447-3372 to get a copy.
