Ritz or Four Seasons in Philadelphia

We are going for one or two nights. Which one is better in Philadelphia? The prices are the same.

Yes, please.

Oh! It wasn't an invitation. Darn.

I don't know the answer but I can't imagine going wrong with either one. Enjoy!

Neither. My vote goes to The Rittenhouse.

The Four Seasons will put you nearer the art museums, the Ritz nearer the business district. Do a search. The FS, Ritz, and Rittenhouse have been extensively discussed here.

I've stayed at both for business many times. Of the two, the Four Seasons is much much better, IMO.

We were somewhat disappointed at the Ritz. The corner deluxe rooms are fine - but they put some or our group in regular rooms - which were quite small and ordinary.

The Four Seasons is a bit dull inside, but is a fine hotel. The rooms are non-descript. Best business hotel, but location is more leisure. Sunday brunch is great.

The Ritz has excellent ambiance. It's best for a romantic get away. Best leisure hotel, but better location for biz. Try the chocolate buffet in the rotunda. Indulge and stay on the Club Level!
