Restaurants on Catalina
 

Can anyone recommend good restaurants on Catalina Island?

Go to the catalina island forum on trip advisor. You can do a search there and find lots of posts. Since they have a specific catalina forum, it will probably be easier to get your question answered.

Armstrong's Seafood has the best location. It is right on the pier and you can eat watching the yachts in the harbor. The food is good but over-priced. Avalon is tiny so there isn't a lot to choose from. Probably the best restaurant is at the Country Club but it's expensive and you need a golf cart to get there.

Armstrong's is ok..great location.
El Galleon is pretty decent.
I like the Country Club and I have never used a golf cart there but if you have one, its about 5 blocks inland.
Descanso Beach for buffalo milks and app's.
Eric's on the pier is one of my fav's..great burgers, fries and cold beer!
Love Portofino's for Italian and Sally's for breakfast.
Go to Mermaids for one of the classic dive bars in California.

It's a wonderful scene at the Jazzfest..
The Casino is a gorgeous place to listen to all the bands.
