Restaurants/nightlife in Park City

Hi all,

We are a NYC couple in our early 30's who will be visiting Park City/Deer Valley for a weekend getaway. We recently just learned that the weekend we are visiting (April 19-22) the skiing in this area and some restaurants shut down.
Can anyone recommend great restaurants and nightlife on Main Street?
So far, we have a dinner reservation at J&G and would like other special restaurants, as well as lounges/bars.
We were also looking into activities instead of skiing:
Fly Fishing?
Olympic Park- What are your thoughts on it?
Hiking/Biking- any great places to hike and bike?
Spas

Any suggestions/help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks!

Alpine Coaster will not be open yet. You are really coming in the shoulder season. You could still ski at Snowbird in the Cotton wood Canyons. Olympic Park is pretty cool--check out their schedule to see what is happening then, though. Hiking and biking--too snowy and wet and muddy. You could try out some of the Park City paved walking trails. YOu could also come down to SLC and hike the foothills. Fly fishing--not sure, check with a guided service to see what's active.
