Any good places to eat around St Paul's Chapel or near the 9/11 Memorial that are open on Sunday?

Also which is the best place to eat at the Modern Art Museum?

We just did this and the restaurants haven't changed.

O'hara's South of the site and the 2nd floor cafe.

The best place to eat at MOMA, by far, is the Dining Room at The Modern. Open for dinner.

Second best is the Bar at The Modern. Open lunch and dinner.
