restaurants in St. Petersburg

We will be going to the Dali museum in four days with another couple. None of us has been to St. Petersburg in many years. Any suggestions for a nice moderate dinner after visiting the museum? Seafood and beef are our favorites.

We like Bella Brava: http://www.bellabrava.net
It's a modern Italian trattoria, very attractive and tasty.

Thanks, we'll consider it. Hoping to get other suggestions also!

When we visited from the west coast ... liked Bella Brava, Tedesco Grillside, Redwoods and Pacific Wave ... and as I recall, all are near the water and the downtown section of St. Pete. Enjoy.

My favorite place is a casual place just north of the downtown. Harvey's 4th Street Grill is on 4th Street North at about 31st Avenue N. Great seafood, especially fried grouper.

PS: Avoid the night of the full moon unless you want to "Party". Here is a web site for some reviews: http://travel.yahoo.com/p-travelguid..._grill_tampa-i

Am wondering about Snappers Sea Grill. Seems to have a lot of positive comments on another board. Comments?

If that's the one on Gulf Blvd in St. Pete Beach, I ate there last month and it was excellent! Very pleasantly surprised. Entrees were in the neighborhood of $15-20 and well worth it.
