Restaurants in Oahu

I'm going to Oahu for a week next week and would like for people that have been to Oahu to please list their favorite restaurant or two, type of food, and approximate price.

Alan Wong's has great food, Nick's Fishmarket has great seafood. Another of my favorites is Aaron's at the top of the Ala Moana Hotel, because it has a lovely view.

My favorite for seafood is John Dominis Restaurant on Ahui Street, which is on the water just east of Fisherman's Wharf. Stunningly beautiful and excellent seafood. Figure on $150 for two.

Definitely Nick's Fishmarket. Great service, great food. We spent around $100 (including tip) for 2 people. We both had the chef special entrees (mine was a sampler entree, it included 4 different plates of food, and my boyfriends was a 5 course meal). We also had a glass of wine.

Aloha, I love Haleiwa Joe's @ Haiku in Kaneohe, great food at reasonable prices. They have a 22-24 oz. prime rib that is about $22.95 it sells out every night. Fresh fish, steaks, chicken entrees. Only open for dinner and Sunday brunch. Great view-no windows, you look out at the botanical garden below and beautiful mountains.

Whoa, I just looked at the date of the question it was in 1997! Oh well at least it is a good thread about where we like to eat on Oahu.
