Well, the The Arlington Inn itself is a good location for fine dining. I am no gourmet, but the food seems quite varied and exotic, and there are a pile of culinary awards on the wall. For more casual fare, I'd recommend Johnathon's Table, with an interesting and well-presented menu - on Route 7a, not too far from Arlington Inn.

The Arlington Inn is just wonderful! We stayed there in April 2000 and found it very charming. Unfortunately, they were not serving dinner on the week night we were there. I understand it has high rating and would not hesitate to try it. It it is 1/2 as good as the breakfasts you won't be disappointed!
We enjoy Ye Olde Tavern in Manchester Center. Check out their web site if you are interested. www.yeoldetavern.net.It is on the main street so you can't miss it.
I hope you enjoy your stay!!
