Restaurants close to King's Station?

My husband and I are flying into Seattle and then taking Amtrak to Vancouver. Does anyone know if a good restaurant close to King's Station to have a late lunch? Also, does King's Station have a place to store luggage? We have about 3-4 hours before boarding the train.

Thanks for any help!

There are many Chinese restaurants within easy walking distance--Red Lantern, for instance, at 303 South Jackson. There are also dining options in the nearby Pioneer Square neighborhood. Google "maps.google.com," enter "King Street Station," and click the "restaurant" option.

I believe King Street Station offers baggage storage, a fact I believe you could verify by calling Amtrak.

Yes, there's a left luggage facility at King Street.

My recommendation for where to have lunch and explore would be the marvelous Uwajimaya supermarket/department store, reachable from the station by the Weller St. skybridge over the tracks then a one-block level walk. http://www.uwajimaya.com/stores/seattle

Uwajimaya has a terrific Asian food court with Japanese, Chinese, Thai, Vietnamese, Hawaiian and other food on offer, and the store is a tourist destination in itself. Play "name that vegetable" in the produce section, visit one of the best fish markets in Seattle, shop for weird and wonderful snacks, visit the branch of Kinokuniya books right in the building, shop for cool souvenirs. It's a great place to spend a couple of hours.

Thanks Gardyloo. That's a great suggestion plus we will need an extra book for the trip!
