Restaurants at Venetian or Palazzo?

Which restaurants in the Venetian or Palazzo are can't miss and why? We've booked our trip and now need to make our restaurant reservations.

BTW...there is a deal with travel zoo now for Venetian rooms at $169 with $50 dining credit for each night.

We're considering Tao one night, Bouchon for breakfast, and Taqueria Canonita another night. Comments on these? What about the other restaurants?

Bouchon is a great choice for breakfast. It's my favorite spot in town for the first meal of the day.

I'd call Restaurant Charlie a can't miss. More specifically, I'm referring to the portion called "Bar Charlie". Despite its name, it serves an incredible 14 course, Japanese inspired meal...but make sure to win the lottery first. The price is $250/person, plus wine/sake.

If you want details, I have reviews of these two places (plus B&B, Enoteca San Marco, and others) on my personal web site at http://home.comcast.net/%7Elasvegasv...rantGuide.html .

lgott - Thanks for your link. I loved reading your reviews. I am looking forward to breakfast at Bouchon. Wow! Restaurant Charlie is pricey!

I went to LV on business, and visited Tao--came for drinks, stayed for dinner (at a cocktail table)--it was some of the best, and most creative Japanese food I've ever had (and I love Japanese food: I know great restaurants in NYC and LA, and this was...wow.) Very crowded, noisy, but the service was outstanding, the interiors amazing, and the food!!! Also a nice sake menu.

have fun!
