Arriving in San Diego from the East Coast around 12:30 pm. By the time we get our car it will be near 1:30 and by that point we will be starving. Any suggestions for a good restautant near the airport or Gaslamp our home away from home.

We are first time visitors.

Why not pack a lunch to take on the plane so you won't be starving at 4:30 in the afternoon EST. No need to miss lunch simply because you're flying.

There are a lot of good restaurants in San Diego. I like Cafe Zucchero - good Italian.
