Anyone have recommendations for restaurants in Moab, Durango and Ouray? Thanks

Curious

Durango:
Budget range - Oscars and Griego's, both greasy, but kind of good
Moderate range - Carver's, Steamworks, Christina's, Gazpacho's, Francisco's
Fancier - (maybe just don't wear shorts) - Season's, Ken and Sue's, Randy's, Ariano's, Chez Grandmere, Kennebec Cafe

Ouray:
Bon Ton - I haven't been there, but most people say it's really nice

Moab:
People tend to like Eddie McStiff's, but I haven't been there, either. We went to Pasta Joe's last month, but I couldn't recommend it.

I've eaten at the Brewery in Moab and liked it very much. Good beer too!

Bucks Grill House in Moab was very good
