Restaurant with a view!!!!!
Can Anyone recommend good restaurants with a view of the Bellagio Fountains - Or any other outstanding View?
Thanks |
Mon Ami Gabi at PAris is right across the street and they have outdoor seating. Great place. YOu may want to check out Picasso at Bellagio. It's very expensive but I believe they dio ahve a view. Mon AMi Gabi is a great atmosphere and has great food.

One of the best views of the fountains can be found at the small outdoor patio area just between Picasso and Prime. A drink there is a must for every visit my wife and I make to Vegas.
Most of the restaurants in the Bellagio (with a few exceptions)will have a nice view of the fountains. |
In the Bellagio, Circo, Olives and Prime and Le Cirq.
For an amazing view of all of Las Vegas, the Rio Hotel/Casino, Voodoo Lounge. You can go to the restaurant, on the 61st floor I believe, or to the bar if you just want to have drinks. If it is not too windy, you go up an outside glass elevator, which is good for the heart rate~ |
Went to Vegas 3 weeks ago. I too was looking for a restaurant with fountain views. After doing some homework I was ready to make reservations at Mon Ami Gabi, thinking this would be a great view of the fountains. Of course it is across the street from the fountains so you have to factor in 4 lanes of traffic and the thick palm trees on the median. The one thing I hadn't thought of, and to my surprise, right in front of the restaurant is a bus stop shelter that is not even transparent. The back of it is an advertisement. After seeing that I didn't bother making reservations. I would stick with something in the Bellagio.

Alize restaurant at the Palms has stunning views of the strip and a stunning atmosphere - although the prices are also stunning! Depends on what you're looking for.
We did eat at Olives also in Bellagio - the fountains were right outside our table. Equally impressive. |
MON AMI GABI. Period. The BEST view. Tip the hostess if you have to for a great seat outside. There are no obstructions. The Strip traffic just adds to the excitement and you can hear the music from the Bellagio very well. Enjoy!

We had a great view of the fountains at the Eiffel Tower restaurant. Also we had a pretty great view at Prine in Bellagio.

If the question asked regards finding a restaurant with a great view of the fountains, how could Mon Ami Gabi have the "best" view, when several of the Bellagio restaurants are directly on/over the water, while Paris is 10 lanes of traffic and many trees away?
I have enjoyed sitting outside at MAG on days with pleasant weather, just watching the Vegas thing unfold, but the food there is not as good as that at any of the Bellagio restaurants. It's Cheesecake Factory quality food. But the location is a big plus. |
Yes, but the wine is fine and the frites are awesome. You "feel" like you are in Paris. At least, we did. We also got to watch the people walking along the street, and the mimes that Paris sends out. We got quite a few laughs from the mime and the lady on stilts. Lots to see and hear, and our service was excellent. It was very romantic, traffic lanes or no. After a glass of wine of two, who cares. Your just enjoying the whole ambiance of the place. I would go back in a Parisian second...IMO.

For the best view go to The Bellagio to Il Circo restaurant! The best food! Ask for a table by the window and you'll watch the fountains right in front of you. Wonderful food and view!

Just returned today. The highlight of my trip was dinner high atop the Rio at the Voodoo Lounge! Rode an outside elevator up 52 floors to get there and got a table by the window (reserve ahead). We went out on the large veranda to watch the darkness fall over the Strip and the lights come on. A photographer took our picture - excellent - only $20. per 8 by 10 - with the lights of the city in the background far below! The whole atmosphere in the Voodoo Lounge is fun and elegant and the food was good too. Prepare to PAY, however. Also, be sure to order their "signature drink" for two!

Olives.. beautiful view of the fountain...

We tried the Top of the World restaurant at the stratosphere. Although the hotel leaves much to be desired the view is incredible. If you go try to arrive for sunset and then watch the lights on the strip come alive. Great view on a rotating platform. Food was pretty good. You can check out the menu on the website!

I was with a group of 8 friends who were in Las Vegas last weekend. One of us is the world's biggest Bellagio fountain fan. We ate dinner at Circo at Bellagio and requested and got a window seat. There was a partially obstructed view of the fountain due to the landscaping around the window, but it was beautiful anyway. We couldn't hear the music, but did hear the whoosh of the air cannons!
Enjoy! |
