Scarlett didn't hear a thing....
A GTG would be fun As long as we don't have to have burgers..something that I never find myself dreaming about lol...now, the lobster risotto at Fenouil is another matter..

mmsssss,
Not a big chocolate fan...I built this fine speciman of a body thru pizza and beer and not junk like chocolate! amp;
I keep forgetting to ask Mrs Kal what places she hit for dinner and drinks. She raved about some martini place.
Looks like Scarlett-scray found out about the GTG-exnay. :-"

Kal, you are sadly mistaken...a fine body is made by incorporating all 5 food groups...that 5th group is chocolate
The martini place sounds like Vault. I haven't been there, but I hear Scarlett can be seen there often

Oh Kal, LOL, and evidently peeking your head into a hotel lobby is good enough to give a review of a hotel. And having dessert is a good reason to give a review of a restaurant, you think? It seems to work ***for some people***.

LOL...ok. for the record.
It is on the walk we take with Pup each day. It is next door to a bistro we like and we have been known to sit and sip during Happy Hour in the warm months.
It might even add my my image to be thought of as a Lush..I hear they have fun..or at least they think they do, but they don't really remember

Hello, all,
I just returned from my second business trip to Portland this afternoon and thought I'd follow up with this post by letting you know where I ate. I got to try Red Star Tavern, Jake's Crawfish, and Wildwood, and I would highly recommend all three. Thanks for the great tips!
Portland is a great city. It looks like I'll be heading back there again in the next few months. I look forward to trying more of your restaurant suggestions!
