Restaurant suggestion in Venice, Fl
 

Meeting some friends for lunch, and Venice seems to be a midway point for us. Any suggestions for lunch. Waterview would be wonderful. No food restrictions. Thanks in advance

The Crow's Nest is great. Book in the upstairs dining room. You will have a wonderful view of the Marina, birds, swimmers, etc. The food is good and it's affordable.

I second the Crow's Nest! We love that place!

Casey Key Fish House

Thanks for the recommendation for Crow's Nest. We made a reservation for 11:30 (opening time) on Saturday. The acoustics were wonderful, service fine and all of our meals were quite good. The view and activity on the water is great for out of town guests. By the time we left, all seats were full and there were many folks waiting.
