Restaurant Recommendation in Midtown Atlanta

Hello,

Does anyone have recommendations for a business dinner in Atlanta, Midtown. We are looking for very good food and an atmosphere that allows for conversation.

Thank you in advance for your suggestions.

One that comes to mind is Eno, at Peachtree & 5th. It's been a couple years, but I assume it's still there. Good wine bar in the front & dining in the back. We ate there often (business & pleasure) and were always pleased. http://www.eno-atlanta.com/

While there are loads of great restaurants in Midtown, it's tougher to find one that's good for business conversations. The rest are either too loud/high energy. I'm sure there are other good candidates though.

For quiet surroundings and good dinner, in no particular order:

Eno
Tamarind Thai
South City Kitchen
Pasta da Pulcinella
Rays in the City (more intown)

Agree with previous poster---there are many great restaurants in midtown but many are noisier/higher energy than what you might want.

Thanks to both of you. We ended up at South City Kitchen and it was perfect. I would certainly recommend it to others.

Sarah25, I'm glad you had a good time at South City. Like many eateries, it can indeed get loud at peak times but the food is top notch. Love their bisque!
