Restaurant near Dulles
 

We are going to be flying out of Dulles for our big vacation at the end of the month, and we decided to spend the night near the airport the night before.

The night we are there also happens to be our 5 year wedding anniversary - so I'm looking for anything other than the typical airport place.

I don't want anything too fancy, I don't want to have to pack the "nice" shoes! So anything you could wear jeans to...and I don't care about the price - if I can wear jeans, it can't be that expensive.

Also, we have some extra time the next morning if anyone has any favorite breakfast places.

Plenty of choices around Dulles. Google Herndon or Reston restaurants.
The Ice House Cafe in Herndon is nice. You also have Clyde's, McCormick & Schmicks, Mortons, Outback, etc. Happy Anniversary!
Breakfast...Silver Diner, great food.

I'm with you - I'd avoid the chains.

I don't know what kind of food you like, but here are some to consider in Reston/Herndon:

Ariake (Japanese)
Euro Bistro
Mikaku Sushi Taro
Pho 75 (Vietnamese)

Hmmm....seems whenever I go out that way we are eating Asian.... :)
