I'm looking for a good, romantic restaurant for a birthday dinner in Newport. Any suggestions?

Sorry, I don't know any restaurants there but I couldn't resist telling the only Rhode Island joke I know.

I agree with the Black Pearl. Although, weather permitting I would eat outside.
