Restaurant in Greenwich Village

I am taking 3 teenage girls out for lunch on Sunday in Greenwich Village. Does anyone have a restaurant recommendation? I want some place where we can eat for under $25 per person.
Thanks.

What kind of food do you want?

And any idea what part of the village?
Most places will be serving brunch at lunchtime. There are so many restuarants that an idea of location or atmosphere or type of food would be helpful.

We'll be around 7th Avenue South and Bleeker St. - I think it's the Sheridan Square area but I don't know the Village very well. With 3 teenagers, it's hard to guess what they'll be wanting to eat but my daughter says her friends will eat "anything." Something uniquely GV - not Cosi or some other national chain - would probably be more interesting - at least to me.

If they are sex and the city fans, they'll probably get a kick out of Sushi Samba. Food alone (not incl drinks, tax, or tips) will probably get you to your limit, but it's a very cool scene, and the food isn't bad at all - latin/Japanese fusion (hence the name). 7th Ave b/t Grove and Barrow.

Walk west across Bleecker Street toward 8th Avenue - you'll pass lots of high-end boutiques like Marc Jacobs and Ralph Lauren - and along Bleecker there are several good choices, some of which are:
August - wonderful for brunch, but very small can be crowded - no reservations - 359 Bleecker between Charles and W. 10th
Westville - funky family run diner like - terrific home cooked food - comfy - 210 W. 10th between Bleecker and W. 4th St.
AOC - 314 Bleecker at Grove Street - reliable, tasty

And all the way down Bleecker close to 8th Avenue (415 Bleecker) is Miracle Grill - terrific brunch - a longtime favorite.
www.menupages.com will list the menus.

After brunch you can stand in line with the other tourists at Magnolia Bakery on Bleecker and buy cupcakes with too much buttercream frosting on them . . . . it seems to be a thing . . .

Although not a personal favorite ( at least not at par with it's other Blue Ribbon siblings, imho), is the Blue Ribbon Bakery on Bedford. Here, the $25 pp budget will be enough for the popular brunch.

Not particularly a teen magnet, but the Garage has an inexpensive but decent brunch and live jazz music. It's at 7th ave south and Grove.

Sushi Samba is really close to where you'll be and does have lots of teen appeal. They've got several brunch optoins including a family style brunch for $15/person. Have a look on the website.

You're also not far from the famous John's pizzeria if you want some pizza.

The Elephant and Castle on Greenwich Ave.is very New Yorky-not touristy and the food is pretty good.
