resort room sizes

Looking for a decent-sized room for a couple of nights in Kaanapali for a family of 3. Of the resort hotels (Marriott, Sheraton, Westin, Hyatt) which standard rooms are largest. We have looked at Embassy, but prices are out of line even for the square footage. Any other suggestions also much appreciated

Have you looked into the Maui Ka'anapali Villas or the Ka'anapali Beach Hotel? These are not part of the chains that you mentioned, but are comfortable and moderately priced.

Many thx linsan54 -- should have known there were other options than the major chains!. Do you know if the two properties you mentioned come with a mini-fridge?

We stayed at the Marriott, and there is definitely enough room for three. And, the rooms there do have mini refrigerators. We stocked ours with stuff for breakfast and lunch, thus saving money for special dinners. The pool there is great for all ages, with a section for younger children.
