You might want to look at the Skelly Lodge, a few minutes east of Tulsa. Built in the 1930's by wealthy oilmen as a hunting retreat, it's been updated and used in recent years for weddings, private parties, etc. It has guest rooms for overnight stays. The group would probably have to book the entire lodge. It's likely to already be booked in June for weddings.
Other non-hotel options would be the McBirney Mansion, a beautifully renovated old mansion now open as a B&B. I'm not a B&B fan, but I would definitely stay there. House is large, food is good, and owners don't live there. Again, it's often booked for weddings. It's a few blocks from downtown Tulsa.
Also, there's Inn at Jarrett Farm, a rural B&B with individual cottages, nice restaurant and pool about 25 minutes north of Tulsa. It's more of a couples' place.
I know you're looking to recommend something rustic, but if any in the group are Frank Lloyd Wright fans, there's Inn at Price Tower, 45 minutes north in Bartlesville. It dates from the 1950s, and I think it's the only FLW highrise ever built. It currently operates as a hotel and restaurant. It will be booked mid-June for the ten day OK Mozart Festival.
Back in Tulsa, the only other non-chain accommodations I can think of would be at the Ambassador in downtown Tulsa. Originally a 1920's apartment hotel, it was renovated about five years ago into a boutique hotel. The Chalkboard Restaurant on site is very good.
If your group is set on something more rural, you might try cabin or condo rentals in the Grand Lake area about 90 minutes northeast of Tulsa. Northeastern Oklahoma has lots of lakes and all of them are going to have cabins and condos to rent.
