Ok...I am looking for a good neighborhood for singles...age 24-40...with lots to do. I want to have fun, and to learn a great deal about California since I will be here! And I do not care about price. I just would like to be a part of the "crowd"....thanks!

Actually, instead of using a travel website, you're better off with a real estate website for area/neighborhood recommendations. I would suggest www.coldwellbanker.com, which will help you find a realtor in the Valencia area. AND they provide you with free neighborhood reports. I know this because a couple of friends work in relocation at Coldwell Banker and have helped a lot of people! Good luck!
