Reliable car service for pick-up at IAD

Looking for a reliable car service to meet our early evening international flight at Washington Dulles airport and deliver us to our destination near Richmond, Va. Am NOT interested in Uber, a rental, or a taxi. Recommendations with recent experiences most appreciated

I have no recommendations but that will cost you a pretty penny!

Carey.com. Have only used them for business related travel. They are likely a bit more pricey than others, but definitely reliable. As already noted, this will be a costly transfer regardless.

Darrell6t, a frequent contributor to the Washington D.C. forum on Trip Advisor, always recommends using Kasper's Livery. Here's a link to a recent thread in which he mentions using that company:

Note: In his posting, he gave an incorrect link to Kasper's. It should be: http://www.kasperlivery.com/

We used Groome Transportation in 2012 when we got re-routed to Dulles and our car was at the Richmond airport. It was just over $200. That was the cost of the car, not a pp charge.

Thank you all so much for your comments and suggestions. Yes,I know it will be pricey but have no choice.
I will call Carey, maybe Groome-but not sure about their reliability with reservations. Richmond area seems to be out of the service area for Kasper's Livery. Has anyone ever heard anything about Dulles Airport Car and Limousine Service? Based on their website they seem to cover a large area with a huge fleet.
Any more comments appreciated.
