Recommendations to buy a house in Poconos
 

Hi,

Can you pls recommend if any town or area where I should look to buy a property in Poconos or upstate New York ? My purpose is to rent the property via AirBnB and hence appreciate if any town that can offer year around activities. Summer I can rent for hiking, biking etc and winter it is close to ski area.

Pls let me know if you have any suggestions as I am looking such option

Do you plan to live close to it in order to monitor its upkeep/condition after being put in the hands of a house party, for example. Just thinking ahead.
