Reasonably priced restaurants near/in the Mirage (Las Vegas)

OK, Now that we've chosen a hotel, I'm looking for some recommendations of decent-priced eating establishments in and around our hotel (the Mirage). Don't mind splurging for a special night but not for every meal. Looking for $10-$25/pp main courses. Will pay more if necessary, but would prefer this price range.

These are not necessarily near the Mirage, but they are all on the strip and very good at a reasonable price.

Il Forniao - Italian - New York, NY

Market City Cafe - Italian - Monte Carlo

Le Provencal - Italian/French - Paris

Margaritaville - American - Flamingo

Nine Fine Irishmen - Pub - New York, NY

Cheesecake Factory - American - Ceasars

P.F. Chang - Chinese - Aladdin

Kahunaville at Treasure Island would fit into your description and is very good for lunch or dinner.

A great little Italian eatery with good food and good wines at a reasonable price is Bertolini's in The Forum Shops.

In the Mirage, there's a California Pizza Kitchen, if you don't want anything fancy. Also, there's Caribe Cafe - I found it very good for breakfast, good prices and ample portions. And, in the Venetian, there's Canaletto which I remember as being reasonably priced, also serving ample size portions so you don't have to order alot.

Also right in the Mirage we really enjoyed the Noodle Kitchen (I think that's what it was called--maybe something similar). We had yummy dim sum in a casual atmosphere--great for lunch.

Also at the Forum Shops is the Center Stage Deli. Delicious sandwiches that are big enough to share if you don't have a huge appetite.

If you want a quick bite to eat the deli in Treasure Island is awesome!! I am not really big on sandwiches but theirs are to die for. My favorite is their tuna fish, I am craving one right now!! And they are huge!! YUM!!

Thanks everyone (especially Frank for sooooo many choices). I'll print this off and take it with me.
