Raleigh Restaurant for Lunch

I'm looking for a great place to have lunch in Raleigh when I'm there in two weeks. Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

What part of Raleigh will you be in. Raleigh is fairly large.

Maybe the NC Museum of Art? Nice view and you could stop in to see the new Picasso, Matisse, Degas exhibit.

Too bad the Angus Barn isn't open for lunch (well, I don't think it is) great steaks.

I don't live in Raleigh so I'm not the best to answer this one. If I'm in town I'm usually having something from the food court at the mall.

We'll be staying at the La Quinta Inn Crabtree. But, we'll also be downtown one day.

Downtown: I recommend Caffe Luna (near the Exploris museum) - it has great Italian. If you want lots of Southern Cooking, head to Big Ed's in the City Market. People love Second Empire, although I've never been (I'm not sure if they have lunch).

For one of the greatest burgers you'll ever eat, beside Crabtree Mall, go up Edwards Mill Rd (in the direction behind the mall), until you reach a mini-mall on your right (at a stoplight). In the parking lot, there is a building that looks like a '50s burger joint. It is Char-Grill, and you won't be sorry.
