rafting near yellowstone
 
does the yellowstone river offer good rafting? <BR>Will be in yellowstone in mid june.<BR>Have 3 kids 8-10 who had a blast on arkansas river last year

Try the Snake River instead. The Snake also has its headwaters in Yellowstone Park and it runs south through Jackson Hole before turning west and connecting with the Columbia. Outfitters in Jackson can give you some information.

We canoe and fish the Yellowstone River every summer and I have never seen anyone raft it.

Thanks<BR>I found a couple of rafting companys that are in Gardiner MT.and claim<BR>the rafting is good,However I have yet to hear from someone who has done it.
