Glade Springs does offer a spa. It's website is http://www.gladesprings.com/.

When at The Greenbrier this summer, we were told by staff that they are closing for 2-3 months for renovations. The place is so well kelp that I cannot imagine it needing it, but I guess they are closing the Main Dining Room and make 2 restaurants. You would have to contact The Greenbrier to see if they will be open during your trip.

You will really like The Greenbrier. It just wraps you in its atmosphere of old world Southern charm.

However, it is very pricey. You can get accommodations per room or per person (which includes meals).

Those are the only 2 really nice resorts that I can think of close to rafting.

One more thing to mention - if you stay at Glade or The Greenbrier, you can get your adventure package through them or directly from the river runners or adventure companies.

If I don't camp in Moab, I stay at the Dreamkeeper Inn, a B&B I always recommend here and lots of people have loved. The might accept your teens, but do not take children. Very nice, only 6 rooms so make your res now.

Lots of people here like the Gonzo Inn. Might be better for a family group and it's right in town too.

There are also many motels if you want to go that route. Very basic Motel 6 types, and one nice Best Western on Main St.
