Radio Golf in NYC

Has anyone seen it? My dad grew up in Pittburgh's Hill District so it looked interesting.
We already have tickets for Jersey Boys & Spring Awakening on our mother-daughter- most amazing- trip to New York.

Intense show. If you have the chance, go see it. Especially at the current price - I got $42.50 tickets at Broadwaybox.com

Thanks. It's getting mixed reviews although it just won an award for best play.
Discount is available for Sunday afternoon while we're there, so we'll probably see it.

Even an "average" August Wilson play is worth your time and attention!

I saw it a couple of day ago - really excellent. Compelling story line, great acting & great characters. Howard is right - it may not be Wilson's best but it's an outstanding, well-written and entertaining play. Lots of brisk, snappy dialogue, humor and energy - don't assume that you are in for a "heavy" evening, even though is addresses serious issues.

Thank you, everyone, for the thoughts (I'm eileenleft's daughter and the other half of a dream trip to New York.) I'm not familiar with August Wilson's work, but the play sounds pretty compelling.

You are then indeed in for a wonderful first-time experience of watching an August Wilson. Now, you've got to see the other nine! (No particular order of viewing needed to appreciate and enjoy the experience!)
